"The call for consolidation against the government in pandemic condition is the same as the betraying the state in a state of war"

Lilit Makunts, the leader of the NA "My Step" faction, wrote on her Facebook page.

"Some political forces do not manage to make the right political calculations. Putting all bets on the Prime Minister being infected with the coronavirus and to call for consolidation against the ruling party in order to satisfy political and personal motives is the same as taking conspiratorial actions against the state in a state of war. 

But of course some people try to present it with loud speeches of those who "think about the country", "for the sake of the people and the state". 

Yes, we have no experience of robbery and corruption.

Yes, we did not use our position to set up and seize businesses.

Yes, we do not oppress or rob.

Yes, we will overcome this situation.

I regret that the leader of the "Bargavach Hayastan" (Prosperous Armenia) faction views himself not as a part of overcoming this difficult situation with the Armenian authorities and citizens, but as a part of the rejected political groups, which seek to restore positions", Makunts wrote.
