Sargis Stepanyan returns with silver medal
Major Sargis Stepanyan lost two legs and one hand in Artsakh five years ago but still believes in himself. He proved it exactly a year after an incident, winning the titles of World and Europe champion. Lately, he has returned from Croatia with a silver medal.
