InfoCenter of Nagorno-Karabakh informs that from September 23 in "Noy" and "Nadezhda" halls of Stepanakert from 10:00 to 20:00 free hot food will be provided to citizens who were evacuated due to the military aggression of Azerbaijan and need food.
