Azerbaijani Armed Forces opened fire in direction of Armenian positions in Sotk, Armenian soldier recieved gunshot wound: Defense Ministry

On August 17, starting at 14:45, the Azerbaijani Armed Forces opened fire from various caliber firearms at the Armenian positions on the Armenian-Azerbaijani border in Gegharkunik, particularly in the Sotk province, as a result of which, one serviceman of the Armenian Armed Forces received a gunshot wound.

His life is not in danger.

As of 16:30, the shooting continued. As a result of the counter-actions carried out by the Armenian side, the enemy has one victim and one wounded.
