The topic was the resolution adopted by the European Parliament on May 20, demanding immidiate release of all Armenian POWs, civilians and other captives from Azerbaijani costudy, closing down the "trophy park" in Baku and providing safe acces to the inertational organizations to the Armenian cultural heritage places. Kovatchev is one of co-authors of the resolution.
