Earthquake 67 km west of Ahar, Iran; also felt in Syunik province, Armenia

On November 26 this year, at 20:50 local time, (16:50 GMT) seismological network of Territorial Seismic Protection Service of Armenia's Ministry of Internal Affairs has registered the earthquake with magnitude 4.4 in 67 km to the west from Ahar city in Iran.

Geographical coordinates of the earthquake are 38․53⁰ N and 46.30⁰ E. The origin of the earthquake was located at 38․53⁰ N latitude and 46.30⁰ E longitude.

The origin of this earthquake was located at the depth of 10 km.

In the epicenter the intensity of tremors made 6 MSK.

The earthquake was felt in Goris, Sisian, Meghri, Kapan, Kajaran and Agarak cities of Syunik province with intensity 3-4 MSK.
