The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine sent a congratulatory message to Armenia and its partners in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Armenia on the occasion of Independence Day.
"Warm congratulations to Armenia and our colleagues from Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Armenia on Independence Day! We highly esteem the historical friendship and ties of Armenian and Ukrainian people and look forward to further strengthening cooperation between our countries," the statement reads.
