The meeting of representatives of Nagorno-Karabakh and Azerbaijan starts in Yevlakh
The Nagorno-Karabakh delegation consists of acting Secretary of the Security Council Sergey Martirosyan and deputy of the "Democratic Party of Artsakh" faction Davit Melkumyan.
The Azerbaijani side is represented by MP Ramin Mamedov, whom Ilham Aliyev has appointed as the person in charge of relations with the Armenian population of Nagorno-Karabakh.
The representatives of Nagorno-Karabakh arrived in Evlakh accompanied by Russian peacekeeping troops.
