World creation painting is in Armenia
Aivazovsky’s Chaos has reached Armenia. Agenda is the first in Armenia to show the painter’s masterpiece. For this painting, Pope Gregory XVI awarded a gold medal to Hovhannes Aivazovsky. When the Pope wanted to purchase it for his collection, the painter gives it to him as a present. Thus Chaos appears in Vatican.
