Creation: exhibition at National Gallery dedicated to 200th anniversary of Aivazovsky
For the first time, Aivazovsky’s Chaos will be brought to Armenia from the Saint Lazarus island of Venice. The National Gallery is preparing for a big exhibition dedicated to the 200th anniversary of the world-famous painter, under the title Creation. From September 15 to 16, an international conference dedicated to Aivazovsky will be organized in Yerevan. Directors of the famous museums of the world, whose galleries exhibit the painter’s works, will participate.
