President of Armenian Football Federation Ruben Hayrapetyan’s son is not the owner of the club. The club has been presented to a Russian based Armenian businessman Arthur Soghomonyan free of charge. Hayrapetyan first addressed sport citizenship, an issue of major concern to the football players. The federation is taking measures to have Armenian goalkeeper, Russian based Davit Yurchenkon play for Armenia’s National Football team.
