Arsakh cultural life to be in the spotlight of international art lovers this year
2016 was quite "restrained" for Artsakh cultural field given April events, with artists and cultural figures heading for combat assignments.
Part of cultural programs have been revised and postponed, yet, generally maintaining development process of the sector, the evidence of which is over 400 events held throughout the year.
