This week the parliament adopted amendments to the Constitution which terminate the powers of members who have served for at least 12 years. Hrayr Tovmasyan who became the chairman of the CC in 2018, will continue to serve as a judge of the Constitutional Court.
The NA and the executive power consider the crisis solved. Opposition groups say the situation is even worse.
