Harutyunyan refused to answer the question regarding the possible signing of the treaty.

The head of the Prime Minister's Office also addressed the criticisms related to Armenia's Prime Minister's congratulatory message for the victory of the Georgian Dream ruling party.

"Not only Aliyev and Orban congratulated, but also many other leaders, and if Prime Minister Pashinyan congratulated the Prime Minister of Georgia, then we assessed such a step in the given period correct," he said.
