Armenia's economic activity index grows 8,7% in January-September
The economic activity index of Armenia grew 8,7% in January-September compared to the previous year’s same period, according to official data released by the Statistical Committee.
Below is the YoY data for January-September 2024.
The industrial production output grew 12,6%.
Gross agricultural output grew 1,8%. Construction grew 15,9%. Trade turnover grew 19,5% while services grew 5,9%.
The consumer price index remained unchanged while the industrial product price index increased 2,9%.
Electricity production grew 1,2%.Foreign trade grew 73,5% (exports grew 2,1 times while imports grew 54,1%).
