According to them, Armenia and Azerbaijan mutually recognize each other's territorial integrity, within the framework of 29,800 and 86,600 square kilometers, respectively, delimitation is carried out by the Almaty Declaration and regional communications are opened based on the jurisdiction and sovereignty of the parties.

However, Baku is in no hurry to give assurances about the principles being agreed upon.

Official Yerevan, regardless of Baku's destructive actions and rhetoric, has not changed its view: it considers peace a priority, but does the Aliyev regime need that peace?

What steps can Armenia take against Azerbaijan's destructive approach, Mushegh Isakhanyan's reference?
