Ararat Mirzoyan and Toivo Klaar refer to repatriation of Armenian POWs and other detainees
On April 22, Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan received the delegation led by Toivo Klaar, the EU Special Representative for the South Caucasus.
The sides discussed the process of implementing the agreements reached as a result of the April 6 meeting in Brussels, the prospects of unblocking the economic and transport infrastructure of the region.
During the meeting, a special reference was made to the existent humanitarian issues, particularly the repatriation of the Armenian Prisoners of War and other detainees.
