At the opening of Global Innovation Forum 2019: Transforming Intelligence, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan highlighted the importance of holding similar events. “By saying innovation and technology, people often intend tangible objects, tools and programs, while innovation today is within the mind. Human mind is evolving. Today, one of the most topical and important issues is the AI and the fears over its development. The history of technology inspires hope that the AI will free the human mind the way the first industrial revolution freed the human hands. The part of the work that the AI will take upon itself will leave space for human thinking to discover new directions and to conquer new areas,” said the Prime Minister.
