Vahagn Khachatryan appointed Minister of High-tech Industry

By the decree of President of Armenia Armen Sarkissian, Vahagn Khachatryan has been appointed Minister of High-tech Industry of Armenia.

“Based on the Prime Minister's proposal, according to Article 150 of the Constitution, to appoint Vahagn Khachatryan Minister of High-Tech Industry,” the presidential decree reads.
