The International Committee of the Red Cross is negotiating with Armenian and Azerbaijani authorities on handing over the body of the saboteur destroyed on the territory of Armenia, on Armenian-Azerbaijani border.
The negotiations are confidential. Prosecutor General Arthur Davtyan confirmed the fact of talks being conducted. Today he visited the place where the sabotage took place taking the lives of three soldiers.
