EU calls on Azerbaijan to provide ECHR with necessary information about Armenian POWs
The European Union (EU) calls on Azerbaijan to provide the outstanding information about the Armenian prisoners of war to the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR), which was requested by the Court earlier.
“The Court’s case law has clearly established that States Parties to the European Convention on Human Rights are under an obligation to comply with interim measures and we call on Azerbaijan to provide the outstanding information requested by the Court,” EU statement reads.
