The factual evidences on atrocities committed by Azerbaijani aggression in April against peaceful civilians in Artsakh, have been submitted to the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights. RA Ombudsmen has personally presented the report of Artsakh Ombudsmen to Zeid bin Ra’ad Zeid al-Hussein.
UN High Commissioner for Human Rights explained his ignorance with the fact that he had never been to Artsakh.
