In two months, the Compulsory Third Party Liability Insurance for Motor Vehicle Owners will become a true partner to drivers. Despite its being called upon to assist in ensuring smooth and safe traffic, it has also been problematic in terms of organizational and technical aspects. Starting from January the system will operate with new rules; these changes meet both quality and technical requirements.
