Heavy precipitation is expected from November 1-2 in the entire territory of the country. Overnight November 2-3 the temperature may drop below zero in Aragatsotn and Vayots Dzor foothills, as well as on Ararat Valley. As of 11 a.m. November 1st, the roads are mainly passable, except for the area leading to Dilijan tunnel. It is snowing heavily in Hrazdan, Charentsavan, Abovyan cities, Shirak region, Lori and Gegharkunik regions, as well as in Talin, Aparan and Aragats.
According to the information released by Georgian Ministry of Emergency Situations, Lars checkpoint is open for any types of vehicles.
