Over the weekend adversary has violated ceasefire regime over 50 times along the line of contact of opposition forces, by firing different caliber weapons in the direction of Armenian positions (600 shots).
As a result of adversary shooting, Armenian serviceman Sevak Khachatryan (b. 1997) was killed on the morning of Sept. 25. According to a statement released by the NKR Defense Ministry, Khachatryan received a fatal gunshot wound at around 10:40 a.m. on Sept. 25,
NKR Defense Army units continue to control the situation along the line of contact, retaliating only in cases of extreme necessity, according to the Ministry statement.
An investigation is underway to determine the details on this case.
