Criminal Court of Appeal decided to release “Heritage” Party Vice President Armen Martirosyan on bail (1 million AMD). Martirosyan is charged with organizing mass disorders. He was arrested on July 29th as a result of police actions to disperse the march on Khorenatsi Street and Sari Tagh.
