The state of emergency in Artsakh has been extended for another month

Today, on July 11, The President of the Artsakh Republic Arayik Harutyunyan signed a decree according to which the state of emergency declared in Artsakh (from April 12 until July 11), has been extended for another 32 days - from July 11, 2020 until August 12, 2020.
