The European Court of Human Rights has issued an advisory opinion on an article accusing Robert Kocharyan of violating the constitutional order. The Strasbourg court's response states that the specific circumstances of the case should be taken into account in order to assess Kocharyan's alleged act of violating the constitutional order, and not to make an abstract comment.
