The Aghstev River, which flows through the villages of Haghartsin and Teghut (Tavush region) has been flooded by heavy rains, damaging the houses, barns and lands of the villagers.
The regional rescue group of the Ministry of Emergency Situations came to the aid. The situation is complicated by the presence of an 8 hectare "sleeping" landslide area.
