Nikol Pashinyan and Friedrich Merz exchange views on regional and international agenda

Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan held a telephone conversation with Chancellor of the Federal Republic of Germany Friedrich Merz.

The interlocutors exchanged views on current issues on the regional and international agenda.

They also discussed the peace established between Armenia and Azerbaijan. Both sides emphasized the importance of ensuring lasting and sustainable peace in the region.

Prime Minister Pashinyan and Chancellor Merz also addressed the continued development of bilateral cooperation between Armenia and Germany, as well as the prospects for further deepening the Armenia–European Union partnership.
