The head of diplomacy of the European Union, Josep Borrell, confirmed that the EU is preparing the 15th package of sanctions against Russia.
"We must also tighten the measures against bypassing the restrictions, we must isolate Russia's industrial capabilities, deprive it of the components it receives from other countries of the world," Borrell stated during his visit to Kyiv.
He stated that he is in favor of increasing military support to Ukraine by the EU, as well as the authorization to strike military facilities on the territory of Russia.
