As of now, there is no agreement on a meeting between the Foreign Ministers or the leaders of Armenia and Azerbaijan, Armenian Deputy Foreign Minister Vahan Kostanyan told a briefing today.
He noted, however, that the Armenian side is interested in intensifying the meetings with a view to finalizing the peace agreement in the shortest term.
On participation in COP29 conference in Baku, the Deputy Foreign Minister said Armenia is yet to make a decision.
He said the decision will depend on the “overall dynamics of the negotiations.”
