President of El Salvador congratulated Trump

Salvadoran President Nayib Bukele is the first foreign leader to congratulate Republican Donald Trump on his victory in the US presidential election, calling him "president-elect".

"Congratulations to the President-Elect of the United States of America, Donald Trump," he stated on X, and attached a photo of himself and Trump.
