While international community condemns Baku, Erdogan expresses support
Recep Erdogan expressed support for Baku's actions. During his speech at the UN General Assembly, the President of Turkey stated that Armenia made a promise for the so-called "Zangezur Corridor" and they are waiting for Yerevan to fulfill that promise.
"As everyone already admits, Karabakh is Azerbaijani land," Erdogan said, adding that the imposition of any other status will never be accepted.
The President of Turkey expressed his support for Azerbaijan's "steps aimed at preserving its territorial integrity" in Erdogan's formulation.
