Ruben Rubinyan, Speaker of the National Assembly of Armenia, delivered a speech at the European Conference of Presidents of Parliaments of the Council of Europe. Addressing the theme "Resilient Democracy: United Against Hybrid Threats," Rubinyan emphasized the importance of strengthening democratic resilience, countering hybrid threats, and establishing peace in the region.
