Chair of Investigative Committee Hayk Grigoryan has announced that the conversation between the NSS Director and SIS Chair was leaked from a CIS member-state. Grigoryan did not clarify exactly which country he was talking about.
“I cannot reveal it due to the interests of the preliminary investigation,” said IC Chair.
