“On Sept 19, at around 1:00 p.m., the Azerbaijani Armed Forces violated the ceasefire along the line of contact by using rocket artillery strikes. The Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Artsakh will update on the situation”, Nagorno-Karabakh Defence Army said in a statement.
