Issues related to implementation of provisions of trilateral memorandum on Armenia-Greece-Cyprus diaspora issues discussed

During the Global Armenian Summit, High Commissioner Zareh Sinanyan received delegations from Cyprus headed by the Presidential Commissioner for Humanitarian Issues and Overseas Cypriots, Fotis Fotiou and the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs in charge of Diaspora Greeks and Public Diplomacy Andreas Katsaniotis.

They discussed issues related to the implementation of the conditions of the Armenia-Greece-Cyprus trilateral memorandum on Diaspora issues, particularly the development of joint initiatives with the Diaspora communities of the three countries, strengthening of youth cooperation, and mutual visits.

The guests stressed the importance of the Global Armenian Summit, the format, and the inclusiveness, which can become one of the best examples of the exchange of experiences and knowledge. Future actions and upcoming events were also discussed.
