This year the total sum of returned VAT and the number of receivers has grown. During the first eight months of 2017, 133 business have been given back more than 37 billion 100 million AMD. Last year the number was 28.8 billion, returned to 78 companies. SRC Inspection Organization and Monitoring Department Head reasons the growth with the increase of the number of exporters. Since the beginning of the year, SRC returns VAT in 90 days instead of 180, and VAT for applications up to 20 million AMD since April has been compensated in a simplified order. 70 businesses have received 812 million drams of VAT.
