The pre-election stir is starting to develop among Armenia’s national minorities. They are finally clarifying political sympathies.
National minorities will have their seats in the new Parliament. Based on the new Constitution, the first 4 national minorities with the most number of permanent population, will have from 2 to 4 representatives in the lists of political authorities.
