Prior to Parliamentary election campaign, Central Electoral Commission turns election innovations into decisions. As of an agreement between authorities-opposition held in autumn, the list of electors will be published. CEC has decided to scan the lists right in the polling station, and then only post on their website.
One of the intended changes will eliminate chances of double voting. A red light will appear in case of double voting, and a policeman will withdraw the alleged offender from the polling station.
