More than the defined compulsory amount of 1000 AMD can be paid on voluntary basis. Families of conscripts and deceased soldiers will be exempted from the compulsory payment.
The amended bill on “1000 AMD” has been submitted to Parliament again. As promised, Defense Minister submitted the document to Parliamentary Council discussion, after discussing the suggestions made by MPs.
