“The Quality of Taste” project launches its new program season by presenting the most traditional and Armenian drink – tan (salted cold yogurt drink). The program tells the story of a Russian milkwman being sent to an Armenian knight to secretly learn the recipe of tan ferment.
On the other hand is nutritionist Vardanush Petrosyan’s confession about tan –as her favorite drink product, while Gayane Breiova will make a Caucasian broth from Armenian tan.
