In an interview to Azerbaijani state news agency Azertac Russian President Vladimir Putin has touched upon the issue of NKR conflict. According to his statement, he is not willing to impose any “ready-made solution” to either parties, and is ready to accept any options suggested by them. “Reaching a compromise means finding an optimal balance between the principles of territorial integrity and the right of peoples to self-determination”, Putin said.
