An application was submitted to the ECHR regarding 6 more Armenian servicemen held captive in Azerbaijan. The captives are Samvel Knazyan, Samvel Kastaktsyan, Hovsep Sahakyan, Vahe Abrahamyan, Gegham Elbakyan and Norik Arakelyan.

The European Court of Human Rights has demanded that the Azerbaijani government provide documented information on their whereabouts, conditions of detention and medical care. The court set a deadline of 13.11.2020 to provide the required information.

The former RA Minister of Justice, human rights activist Artak Zeynalyan informed about this.
