Legitimate military targets in Ganja:

. Defense Ministry Air Force Base, Helicopter Air Squadron, 

· Permanent location of the Armed Forces General Staff Motorized Rifle Brigade, 

· Special Forces Brigade of the Internal Troops,

· Combat Management Center of the Ministry of Defense,

· Armed Forces General Staff Radio Technical Battalion,

· Base of fuel and lubricants of the central subordination of the Ministry of Defense,

· Ministry of Defense Industry Machine-Building Plant, Aviation Repair Plant and Artillery Repair Plant.

Legitimate military targets located in the city of Barda, Azerbaijan:

· Headquarters of the 1st Army Corps,
