Foreign Ministers of Armenia and Artsakh met in Yerevan

On June 25 the RA Foreign Minister Zohrab Mnatsakanyan received the Foreign Minister of Artsakh Republic Masis Mailyan.

Minister Mnatsakanyan once again congratulated his colleague on his reappointment wishing new success in his important mission.

Ministers exchanged views on the Nagorno-Karabakh peace process. Minister Mnatsakanyan stressed the role of the people of Artsakh and the government elected by people in the peace process. In this regard both sides concidered important regular meetings in this format.

Mnatsakanyan and Mailyan praised the holding of consultations on various international and regional issues between Armenia and Artsakh foreign ministries.

The ministers also touched upon the situation caused by the coronavirus pandemic and the implementation of programs aimed at mitigating the socio-economic consequences of the virus.
