“I presented the priorities of the Armenian Presidency, stressing that the first Global Review of the implementation of the Kunming-Montreal Global Biodiversity Framework should serve as a basis for accelerating practical action to achieve the 2030 targets. In this context, I highlighted the importance of international cooperation, adequate financing and capacity-building.
