Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated that he is prepared to reach an agreement to end the war as soon as possible.
"Peace is what we strive for most of all," he emphasized.
The President of Ukraine reiterated that a scenario involving a freeze in hostilities along the current front line could be discussed, with negotiations to follow. At the same time, Zelenskyy stressed that Ukraine will not recognize the territories seized by Russia.
Addressing the issue of Western support, Zelenskyy noted a shortage of air defense systems—a concerning situation, especially with winter approaching.
The Ukrainian President also expressed hope that the relationship between Washington and Kyiv would remain strong, sincere, and friendly, free from any misunderstandings. According to Zelenskyy, unlike Vladimir Putin, he does not "play games" with Trump.
