On October 16, the President of the RA National Assembly Ruben Rubinyan being in Rome to participate in the European Conference of Presidents of Parliament of the Council of Europe, met with the President of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly Pere Joan Pons Sampietro.
During the meeting issues regarding the cooperation between Armenia and OSCE Parliamentary Assembly were discussed.
Reference was made to regional security and stability, as well as the mechanisms for implementing observation missions and the prospects for its further development.
The sides also exchanged ideas on expanding cooperation through parliamentary dialogue and discussed other issues of mutual interest.
